I want to report a lost/stolen card
Online banking:
  1. Log in
  2. Select Manage cards
  3. Choose Card settings & activation
  4. Select your Orange Everyday account
  5. and then select Report lost and stolen card
ING app:
  1. Login and select Cards
  2. Tap the card to view the settings
  3. Select Report lost or stolen card
  4. Follow the prompts
I want to replace a damaged card
Online banking:
  1. Log in
  2. Select Manage cards
  3. Choose Card settings & activation
  4. Select your Orange Everyday account
  5. and then select Replace damaged card
ING app:
  1. Login and select Cards
  2. Tap the card to view the settings
  3. Select Replace damaged card
  4. Follow the prompts

  5. and then select Place my card on hold

  1. Login and select Cards

  3. Select Temporarily hold card
  4. To take off hold select Remove hold
