  • Travel Documents, Credit Cards and Traveller's Cheques

    If a pick-pocket steals your passport, visa, credit card or traveller's cheques - or if you lose or damage them - don't worry. We'll cover the cost of replacing them up to $5,000.

  • Rental Vehicle Insurance Excess

    We'll take care of the hire-car excess you become liable to pay up to $6,000 as a result of the car being damaged or stolen.

  • Luggage and Personal Effects

    You're covered for the cost of repairing or replacing your belongings if they are lost, stolen or damaged.

  • Personal Liability Cover

How to get covered

2. Review and purchase

Review your quote, add optional benefits and select the policy start date prior to purchase.

3. Policy confirmation

We send you an email with your policy documents to review that all is correct. Cover will start on the date you selected.

To request a quote, you need to be aged 18+ and have an email address. You’ll need to purchase your insurance before departing for your trip, which must commence in Australia. Please have the following information on hand:

3. Get your outcome

Once we have received your claim, you will be provided with an update within 10 business days.

It's important to have the following at hand when lodging your claim:

Your policy number and personal details

Travel details

Claim details of the incident, including dates, times and place

Supporting documents for example: invoices, receipts, authorization letters, medical reports, flight/accommodation booking evidence.

Bank account details for payment of your claim.
