If we accept your at fault claim, such as one for damage as a result of a collision caused by the driver of your car, fire or weather, malicious act, an accident involving an animal or attempted theft, we’ll arrange for a hire car that meets your needs for up to 21 days while your car is being repaired.

Reduced window-glass excess

Applies only to front, rear or side windows.

Choice of repairer

If you have a claim with us you can nominate your preferred repairer.

Roadside assistance

For just $89.95 a year you'll receive 24/7 roadside assistance support, regardless of who is driving with an unlimited number of service call outs Australia-wide. Terms and conditions apply.
