We'll arrange for a compact hire car for you to use until your car is fixed or your claim is settled, or for a maximum period of 14 days, whichever occurs first.

Once we have received your online claim, you will be provided with an update within two business days.

It's important to have the following at hand when lodging your claim:

Policy number

Details of the incident, including time and place

Other drivers' names, addresses, vehicle registration numbers, and insurance details

Any witnesses' names and contact details

Details of any tow-truck company used

Police report number (if applicable)

Photographs of the damage and scene (if applicable).
