We have a multi-site call centre – at Kent Street in Sydney CBD, Tuggerah on the Central Coast and Parramatta. The call centres work together to ensure seamless customer service for our customers. We employ a large workforce of back office or administration staff. These people are dedicated to providing customer service and administration tasks related to our superannuation, investments and risk products.
