Online Services for Advisers - Account access
Hours of operation? Account Access balances and most functions are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, however there are times when the some services and functions are unavailable. For a full list of system outages click here.
Why am I am unable to open account access after logging in? This may be because you have ‘Pop-Up Blockers’ turned ‘on’ in your Internet Explorer. This would prevent account access from opening. You need to turn off the Pop-Up Blocker, or configure it to accept ING’s web pages.
To turn off the Pop-Up Blocker: 1. open Internet Explorer and select 'Tools' 2. select 'Pop-up Blocker' 3. select 'Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker', then 'close'
If you wish to allow certain website pop-up windows to be displayed, select 'Pop-Up Blocker Settings', type the address (or URL) of the site in 'Address of Web site to allow'. For example, type in '*.ing.com.au', click 'Add', then 'Close' (using the asterisk ensures that all Pop-up windows from the ing.com.au domain are allowed).
If you wish to keep your Pop-Up blocker turned on permanently, but want to view certain pop-ups (e.g. account access), hold down the CTRL key while the new window opens.
Why am I experiencing difficulty logging in to ING websites? This may be due to changes to the security settings in Internet Explorer 6.

Customer Centre - ING's online service for customers Customer Centre is ING's simple and secure online service for customers. It provides a range of investment information, fund performance updates and education tools. It also allows customers to track and manage their ING portfolio online.
Account access* Account access makes it easy for customers to manage their ING investments online. Using account access, customers can view their entire ING portfolio on one page, access further details on the status of their transactions and claims in progress, view their most recent product statements, make online switch requests, and update their personal details.
Online help Get help at any time with the online user guide and test drive, all available at the click of a button.
*Access to these functions is available between 6.30am and 9pm (Sydney time) 7 days a week.

Account access* Account access makes managing client portfolios easier for advisers by providing ready online access to a client's ING investment, superannuation, retirement and life risk insurance products.

- policy snapshot - one page summary of a client's investment

- transaction status - view transactions in progress
- last statement - most recent statement processed for a client's product
