Entry level positions
We have a range of entry level opportunities that can set you on the path to an interesting career. You will be trained in our superannuation, investment and risk products, gain commercial exposure, and work within a vibrant team culture. A role within our call centre or administration areas will provide you with the foundation to pursue opportunities in the more specialised areas of our business.
Call centre
We have a dual site call centre – at Kent Street in Sydney CBD and Tuggerah on the Central Coast of NSW – to improve customer service. The call centres act as one providing a seamless service to customers, whether the call is taken in Sydney or Tuggerah. Roles within our dynamic call centre will suit individuals who are interested in finance and are devoted to providing exceptional customer service over the telephone.
Administration
We also employ a large workforce of back office or administration staff who are dedicated to handling customer service and administration tasks related to our superannuation, investments and risk products. Roles within these product based teams will suit individuals who are interested in finance and enjoy clerical duties.
