ING Australia has appointed Sally Kincaid as its new Executive Director of People and Performance. She was previously Head of Human Resources for Citi’s investment and corporate bank in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to this she worked at AMP for several years in various HR roles in New Zealand, Australia and in the UK. Ms Kincaid began her HR career in New Zealand where she spent 10 years working in the public sector with the Reserve Bank of NZ and the Ministry of Commerce in HR and training and development roles.
“In a very competitive marketplace, staff engagement and diversity are a key priority for our organisation, said Harry N. Stout, CEO of ING Australia.
“Sally has extensive experience in financial services, and we look forward to her developing our people strategy to the next level.”
Sally Kincaid replaces the previous Executive Director, Brendan Keys, who was promoted to Global Head of HR for Risk and Compliance, reporting to Koos Timmermans, ING's Chief Risk Officer, based in Amsterdam.
