Quick Start Guide - ING Customer account access demonstration

This demonstration site simulates the current functionality of ING’s account access site for customers. It uses data from a fictitious customer (Andrew McGowan) and was created so that you can learn more about the full range of capabilities available on the live site.

The demonstration screens starts on the customer ‘Home’ page and from here, you can explore the various functions available, as they would work on the live site. As you move through functions, sample results will instantly be displayed to show you what is possible when using account access for your personal use.

Click on the CHANGE DETAILS tab to edit the fictitious customer's personal details record, for investment products held with ING.

Scroll through the drop down menu for the policy snapshot option to view a sample policy snapshot for an ‘Integra - Super for Employers’ client policy.

On the drop down menu, select the transaction history option to view a transaction history for the same client policy.

The switch option from this menu demonstrates a client’s access to change their current and future percentage allocation of funds to various investment options and read each PDS for these options at the same location.

Getting started

You can now get started by clicking the START DEMO button below.

At any stage, click on the Help tab to see more detailed descriptions and diagrams of how to use all account access functions.

For example
To demonstrate a switch for Andrew McGowan – select ‘Switch’ under the drop down menu on the bottom half of the homepage. Follow the 4 steps ‘Terms of use’, ‘Current allocations’, ‘Future allocations & ‘Confirm’ and the process will end with a detailed confirmation page of preset switch activities.
