We understand accidents happen and you need to make a claim for damage to your buildings or contents. It is important to make your house and contents insurance claim as soon as possible as any delays may reduce the amount that we pay or prevent us from paying a claim.

To make a home insurance claim

  • Have all relevant information you need to support your claim
  • Call Customer Services on 132 062 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

If you need emergency repairs, we will arrange assistance through our preferred repairers and suppliers. Our dedicated house and contents insurance claims team will be happy to help.
